Refund / Exchange
No refunds or exchanges will be made, unless the item has a factory defect. Defective items must be reported immediately and returned within 7 days from receipt thereof. The item will be checked and replaced, or you will be refunded, if we have confirmed that it is indeed a factory defect. No used items will be replaced or refunded.
