Orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days after we have received your order and payment. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days after we have dispatched. Should no one be at the given address at the time of delivery, your package will be returned to us and an additional shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery. We use Pudo (Courier Guy) for our shipping. If you did not receive your tracking number or you are having issues with tracking your order, please feel free to contact us.
